Talyse

Talyse

Introduction
Talyse is a collaboration with Bleu Poussière for Indie Untangled’s Where We Knit Yarn Club. We worked together to create a fun to knit accessory, that can be worn all throughout the year! The soothing garter ridges combined with rows of wrapped stitches are worked in two different directions, creating a reversible elongated triangular shawl. One thing that I do love about shawls and wraps (and I hope you do too!) is they are reversible! After all, accessories are made to be casually be thrown in our outfits, adding that special detail to the overall look! All this coolness does not match the need to be checking if we are wearing it at the correct side, right?! We hope you enjoy knitting Talyse with Shani’s beautiful yarn!

Notes
Talyse is worked back and forth in two different directions. The first part is knitted sideways in biased fabric. The second part is the final border, worked over the stitches on the needle and stitches picked up and knitted over the following edge of the triangle shape. The border is knitted from the top down. We will use all the yardage of the skein, including the yarn used for the swatch. It is helpful to use a removable marker to indicate the RS of the work.“
